We cannot place the above Carlie; on his death certificate, he list John & Mary Christmas as parents; John Henry supposedly never married, stayed with his mother until her death.

his Butler County, Kentucky death certificate in 1930 explicitly states that he was born October 20, 1853. This is corroborated by the 1900 census, which shows his birth in October of 1853.

Antha Goodman (wife of Carlyle Harper) was b. Apr 27, 1892 and d. Nov 29, 1952. She was the daughter of Wesley Goodman and Eliza J. Simmons. Antha and Carlyle Harper died in Logan County, Kentucky but were residents of Butler County, Kentucky.
